組子体験

昨日、インテリアコーディネーター協会の研修で、組子細工の体験をした。
講師はしまね伝統工芸師の「ウッドアート門脇」の門脇和弘氏だ。
昨年のインテリアコーディネーターフェスタにランプシェードなどを出展して頂いたご縁。

体験したのは、本当に初歩的なものだった。小さな木のパーツを金具も、接着剤もなく、
組んでいく「組子細工」は見ている以上に、難しいと思った。
組子といえば、障子の骨組みが一般的だが、日本ならではの伝統工芸の組子が、
こんなにもデザインの多様性があって、繊細なものだとは・・・・！

「これは海外にもっていったら絶賛されるわぁ！」

「門脇さん、ヨーロッパ進出しましょうよ！」
　
　勝手な私の提案に、門脇さん笑ってましたけど。

人生相談・・・？！

住まいの相談を受けるとき、それが単にインテリアの相談にとどまらないことが
しばしばある。クライアントに会って、まず、「現在の不満な点」「困っていること」
から話がスタートするのだが、それが「子供との関係」だったり、「嫁姑問題」だったり、
「持病や家族の介護」だったり・・・・
「これって人生相談？私って、みのもんた？」なんて思うと同時に、
信頼してお話いただいていることへの感謝とうれしさの瞬間である。

インテリアや住まいは、決して形から入るのではなく、
一人一人の心の中身を、しっかり受け止めた上で、この人の一番いい住まいを
提案することだと思う。これは私の持論で、きっと一生変わらない。

久しぶりに・・・

サイトの更新というのは、本当に大変。10月にオープンした時には、
「よーし、毎日更新だ！日記も毎日かくぞ〜」なんてはりきっていたのに、
まったく三日坊主。
久しぶりに更新した今日から、また新たな気持ちでスタートします！！

先日、「webあきんど塾」の塾生のサイトに紹介していただきました。
「webあきんど塾」では、いろいろと学ばせてもらいました。
私は「開店支援コース」で、4回の講義だったのですが、
「もっと拡販コース」プロを目指す人たちのメーリングリストに加えていただき、
そこでの熱いやり取りを、専門用語の意味もよくわからないまま、参加（拝見）させてもらい、とても刺激になりました。

私の仕事は「人に会ってナンボ」なんだけど、
webサイトで商売するときも、真心が通じるやりとりってあるんだな、と感心しました。
