気の合う客

仕事上で、お客様に対して気が合うとか合わない、なんて口にすることは許されないことかもしれない。
ただ私のような仕事の場合、価値観が大きく違うとなると、仕事の進め方が難しいばかりか、よかれと思ってしたことが裏目にでたり、と困難を極める事もある。
幸いなことに、近年出会うクライアントは気の合う方ばかり!単なるラッキーなのか、運命なのか、はたまた、気の合わない人を暗黙のうちに遠ざけているのか…?
一つ思うのは、「類友」の原理。人間って「同じ匂いのする」相手を自然に選んでるってこと。
今日は、今度お家のリフォームの設計を依頼されているお客様と一緒に、大阪にて、ショールームを廻った。ご主人と奥様と、同じものを見て時間を共有することで、こんなに、距離が縮まるのか。新たな発見もあり、大変有意義だった。そして何より楽しかった! 分かり合えるってこういうことなんだよね〜と実感する瞬間!これから始まる、工事がワクワクするものとなる確信!
気の合う客かどうかは、すぐには分かり合えないかも知れないケド、いつかは分かり合えるし、そんな仕事をさせて頂けることに、ただただ感謝！です★
