中華料理の達人

かねてからうわさで聞いていた「中華の達人」にお会いした。
四川料理を陳健一のレストランで修行したらしい・・・
柔道もしていたというから、さぞや、脂ぎった（？）シェフだろうという勝手な想像をしていた。
現れたのは、どちらかというと細い（しかし、エネルギッシュ）なシェフだった。

出てきた料理は、これまた、予想を裏切る、とても繊細なもの。
前菜の盛り付けも、フレンチと見紛うものだった。
味付けも、今まで食べたことのないほどおいしい。

「すご！うま！」
薀蓄を語るのはへただけど、素直に感動したのだった！

島根に、こんなすごい人がいるなんて。

新築されるレストランは「かっこいい」デザインにしなくては！！
ひさびさに燃えたのでした。

学生実習終わる・・・・

今週はじめから、島根女子短大の学生を学外実習ということで
受け入れをしていたが、今日で無事終了した。
手伝わせる仕事は急にはないので、
インテリアイメージのコラージュを課題に、プレゼンボードの作成をさせた。
一人は、「アジアンカフェ」もう一人は「２０代の海辺の家」
学生なので、日ごろ見慣れない商品、インテリアのカタログや、素材など、
少しでも多くの物に触れたり見たりする事で、インテリアデザインに興味を持ってもらいたかったから。

もう一つは、イメージをテーマにそって、自由にコラージュし、
コンセプトとしてまとめることで、イマジネーションを広げて欲しかったから。

この2点の目的は、達成できたかな！と思う・・・かな？

今日は、客先へ一緒に行って、水周りのリフォームについての打合せ、
現地調査をした。
ケーキをいただいたりして、良かったね。

スタッフの間瀬田いわく
「私も、3年前はあんな感じだったんですね〜。なつかしいです〜
そう考えてみると、私も少しはせいちょうしたかな！！」

はい。成長してるよ。これからも、さらに成長を期待してます！

松江市の景観って・・・

昨日、松江市の景観審議会に出席してきた。
審議会のメンバーは、まあ、私なんか、委員の中では一番ぺーぺーで、
市会議員をはじめ法律の専門家や建築業界のエライ人たちで構成されている。
（今日の山陰中央新報に掲載された・・・）

議題は、内中原の税務署跡地に、マンション計画があるが、
それについての審議。

でも、良いも悪いも、もう、決定してるんだもん。
ダメ、って言ったって、建つんだよね・・・。

松江は今マンションラッシュ。橋北だけでももう、１０棟近く建築中か予定中。
「売れるかどうか」というのは、どっちでも良いけど
（どうせ損はしないようになっているから）
問題は、無神経な乱立で、松江の景観が損なわれていくのではないか、ということ。

松江市には、それをストップさせる（強制力のある）法律がないのだ。

「自分たちの大切な町の景観を、よそものに、めちゃくちゃにされるまえに」

はやく、はやく、景観条例をつくってくれ〜！！

審議会で決まったのも、前例（水明荘跡）にならって
「松江城天守閣から、宍道湖をみたとき、嫁が島の延長線の水際を確保する高さ」
に制限することですが、それ以上は、要望でしかないのよね・・

どう考えても、あの土地で、１４階となると、とびぬけて高くなり、
まわりとのバランスがわるい！

言いたいことはいっぱいあって、怒りの発言もしたけど、
法律がないんじゃあ、なにを言っても、強制力がなくて、悔しいな。

鳥取へ行ってきた

9月3日に鳥取の大因州和紙協業組合へ行ってきた。
11月に東京で開催されるインテリアフェスティバルのコーディネーションコンテストに出展のため、和紙を見るためにだ。
鳥取は、かにや梨やスイカだけでなくインテリアにおいて、民芸、和紙、杉、など、
優れたものがたくさんあるし、産業として取り組む姿勢は、
島根にまさっている（ように思う）県の関係者がきいたら、怒られそうだが・・・・。

今回も、協力を快く承諾していただいた。
山陰からの発信。
これからの準備が大変だが、インテリアコーディネーターとして、
地場産業（工芸品）の有効利用を、おおいにPRしてみたい。

行きはよいよい、帰りは・・・・バケツをひっくり返したような大雨で、
運転、少々疲れた。
