インテリアフェスティバル

東京ビッグサイトで開催されたインテリアフェスティバルから、ちょうど一ヶ月が過ぎた。
コーディネーター協会提案コンテストへ、ブースの出展をした。
思えば、夏にエントリーし、コンセプト決めの会議、プレゼンボードの作成、予選通過、
10月以降は、鳥取市へ何度か足を運び、協力業者の選定、材料の調達、交渉、試作、製作、
・・・と　やってきた。

ご協力いただいた、鰍ﾂみっくの三島さん、大因州製紙(協）塩専務、鍛冶工房弘光の古藤さん。　　本当に感謝しています。

結果は、みごと、来場者による投票獲得数が、一位だった。
審査員による「最優秀賞」はのがしたものの、
5人に一人が、私たちのブースを支持してくれたのだ。なにより、うれしいことではないか。


コーディネーターとは、商品を売るというより、いかにデザインし提案するか。
でも、ひと・もの・かたち・・コーディネートすることで、
各々がメリットがあり、デザインのみならず、利益も上がる、というのが役割と信じている。

出展することで、なにが出来たか？

新しい開発商品（木製ブロック）と伝統産業・和紙とのコラボレーションで、
新しい道がひらけたのではないか？？

コーディネーターへのメリットは？
売上（商売）に直結することはないが、
新しい世界（人、物、形）は、また、ひとつ、ひらかれたのだ。
